Terms and Conditions for The Lotus Club

(b) The Company may use de-identified information for statistical or research purposes while ensuring the privacy of individual Users.

(a) The Lotus Club's services are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the sessions.
(b) Users acknowledge that individual responses to holistic wellness practices may vary, and the Company disclaims any responsibility for the outcomes resulting from the implementation of such practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
(a) In no event shall The Lotus Club or its practitioners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
(b) The total liability of The Lotus Club and its practitioners, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the services.
8. Termination
(a) The Lotus Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
(a) The Lotus Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.

(a) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

(a) Users participating in cacao ceremonies and sound healing sessions acknowledge that these activities may have physical, emotional, and spiritual effects. Users affirm that they are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in these sessions.
(b) Users with known medical conditions or those who are pregnant should consult with a healthcare professional before participating in cacao ceremonies or sound healing sessions.
12. Cacao Ceremony Specifics
(a) Users participating in cacao ceremonies understand that cacao contains natural compounds that may affect mood and energy levels. Users should follow any guidelines provided by the facilitator and refrain from excessive consumption.
(b) The Lotus Club is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from cacao consumption during ceremonies.
13. Sound Healing Session Considerations
(a) Users participating in sound healing sessions acknowledge that certain frequencies and vibrations may elicit emotional responses. Users should communicate any discomfort to the practitioner during the session.
(b) Individuals with certain medical conditions, such as epilepsy or severe mental health disorders, should consult with a healthcare professional before participating in sound healing sessions.
14. Energy Exchange
(a) Users understand and agree that holistic wellness services involve an energy exchange. Payment for services is considered a reciprocal exchange supporting the practitioner's time, expertise, and resources.
15. Session Recording
(a) With prior consent from Users, The Lotus Club may record sessions for quality assurance, training, or research purposes. Recordings will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy.
(b) Users may request not to be recorded during sessions by notifying the practitioner in advance.
16. Code of Conduct
(a) Users agree to engage in sessions with respect and openness, fostering a safe and supportive environment for both themselves and practitioners.
(b) The Lotus Club reserves the right to terminate a session if a User's behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms.
17. Venue and Equipment
(a) Users participating in virtual sessions are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable and secure environment and necessary equipment for an uninterrupted session.
(b) The Lotus Club is not liable for technical issues or disruptions caused by the User's equipment or internet connection.
18. Event Cancellation Policy
(a) In the event that The Lotus Club needs to cancel a scheduled session or event, Users will be notified promptly, and a refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
(b) Users are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule a session to facilitate better scheduling arrangements.
19. The Lotus Club Intellectual Property
(a) All content provided by The Lotus Club, including but not limited to session materials, recordings, and written content, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws.
(b) Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from The Lotus Club's content without the express written consent of the Company.
